Returns & Refunds

MyBae Picks does not sell products, so we cannot accept returns. As every product page states, the “Buy on Myntra” button takes you to Myntra to complete your purchase. Your order is placed with Myntra, paid to Myntra, and shipped by Myntra — and so returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled entirely by Myntra under their return policy.

How to return something you bought

Because your order lives in your Myntra account, start the return there:

1. Sign in to Myntra and open My Orders.
2. Select the order, then choose Return or Exchange.
3. Pick a reason, choose pickup or drop-off, and confirm.
4. Track the refund from the same order screen.

Return windows, eligibility, and refund timelines are set by Myntra and can differ by category — innerwear, beauty, and fragrance items are often non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Always check the return terms shown on the Myntra product page before you buy.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled from My Orders on Myntra while the order is still eligible for cancellation. We have no ability to view, change, or cancel any order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by Myntra to your original payment method or Myntra credit, on their timeline. MyBae Picks never receives your payment and cannot issue a refund.

What we can help with

If a listing here is wrong — a broken link, an outdated price, or a product that no longer exists — tell us and we will fix or remove it. For anything about an actual order, Myntra customer care is the only place that can help.
